Below are the correct steps to follow to apply NightWhite:
1. Just as a dentist does before professional whitening, you need to first clean your teeth. Therefore, be sure to brush and floss your teeth before applying the gel.
2. Next with your teeth whitening tray in hand, place small teardrops of gel in each tooth compartment. You don’t want to over use the gel, because having excess gel in your compartment can irritate your gums. The smaller your teeth the less gel you should use.
3. After all compartments are filled with gel, you should place the whitening trays in your mouth and remove all excess gel with your fingers or a dry toothbrush. It is very important when inserting the trays not to push the gel out. Also it is important that the tray is fully seated on your teeth.
4. After whitening you should remove the trays and rinse them with cold water. Definitely don’t use hot water as it might damage the trays. Be sure to place your trays in a cool dry place.
5. Lastly, rinse your mouth and brush away gel from your teeth.
