The following are potentially high risk;  diabetics, smokers,  people with weakened immune systems or currently have periodontal disease, and people who simply tend to get dental carries very easily and frequently.
  7. Stay away from sugar and high fructose corn syrup like the plague.
  8. Smoking is undesirable for the health of your mouth, increasing your risk of gum disease and cancer of the mouth so  refrain from smoking .
  9. Eat an apple.
  10. The ADA official word is to brush your teeth twice a day. Nevertheless, I believe that to be the minimum and suggest a gentle yet thorough brushing after just about every meal.
